Meet Dr. Brian Spencer

Dr. Brian Spencer is a dedicated orthodontist with a passion for creating confident, healthy smiles. He provides exceptional, patient-centered orthodontic care with a focus on comfort, efficiency, and outstanding results. His approach blends advanced technology with a personal touch, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to the individual. He values strong communication and believes in working closely with patients and families to create a seamless, stress-free orthodontic journey.

Dr. Spencer, a board-certified orthodontist, earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Montana State University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Master of Science in Dentistry (MS), and Orthodontic Residency at the University of Minnesota. He has extensive training in modern orthodontic techniques, including Invisalign and advanced braces technology. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to ongoing education to bring the latest innovations to his patients.

A Montana native, Dr. Spencer is deeply connected to the Flathead Valley community. Outside the office, he enjoys early morning coffee walks, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Stacy, and their golden retriever, Bru. Whether exploring the mountains or cheering on his favorite sports teams, he brings the same passion and dedication to his personal life as he does to his practice.

Meet Dr. Thomas Thurston

Dr. Thomas Thurston has spent his career creating confident smiles and lasting patient relationships in the Flathead Valley. With decades of experience in orthodontics, Dr. Thurston has always believed in treating patients like family. His approach is centered on precision, personalized care, and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment. He has helped countless patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles by combining time-tested techniques with modern advancements.

Dr. Thurston graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in General Science, followed by his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Oregon Health Sciences University, where he graduated with High Honors in 1995. He then completed his Orthodontic Residency and Master’s Degree in Orthodontics at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1997.

Outside the office, Dr. Thurston enjoys making the most of the Flathead Valley’s great outdoors. Whether hunting, fishing, hiking, or flying as a certified private pilot, he embraces adventure at every opportunity. He also values time with family and giving back to the community through his church and other local organizations.
